Welcome to CHV Tenant Association

Columbia Heights Village (CHV) Tenant Association Inc is a Washington-based non-profit organization that exclusively operates on charity works. We organize programs and activities to help the underprivileged people in the CH Apartments.

What We Do

Our charitable work includes organizing summer camps, providing thanksgiving baskets and meals, school supplies, backpack giveaways, burial assistance, and more. Through our services, we are helping the lower-income and disadvantaged individuals and families residing in the Columbia Heights Apartments.

CHV Tenant Association has been helping disadvantaged people and families in Washington D.C. Currently, we are helping approximately 1,000 residents living in 31 buildings at CH Apartments.
